Refund Policy
If you are unhappy or not satisfied, with any aspect of our service, please contact our support who will attempt to rectify the situation. If the problem cannot be fixed and you are unhappy with the service you will be given a full refund . We also accept account cancellation submitted from the registered email address of the account holder. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.We will issue the refund on the same payment method you paid. We process refunds within 7 working days.
Refundable service
We offer refunds on all types of shared hosting. Eg: Global / BDIX budget package, global / BDIX premium package, offshore budget / premium package etc.
Non-refundable service
1. Our Pay Per Use Cloud packages are not eligible for refunds.
2. No refunds are given once the domain is registered after ordering
3. Third party services like SSL certificate, vpn, Business E-mail refund are not applicable
4.Refund required on any vps or dedicated server
5. No refund will be given for the service if found to be abused in any way.
6. Credit or fund refunds are not applicable
Rules for Refunds
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the service. If it is more than that, you will not get a refund, but in case of special needs, you can cancel the service and add the balance to the credit, in which case the bill will be deducted for the number of days you have used.
It may take 1-7 days to get the refund money, so please wait 7 days after making a refund request.
